  • All House Janolo pieces are crafted in solid 18k gold and set with carefully sourced natural gemstones. We work with emeralds, aquamarines, tourmalines, sapphires, and other fine stones selected for their color, clarity, and character. Our enamel is applied by hand to ensure depth and precision.

    We never use gold plating or synthetic stones

  • Yes. All gemstones are natural unless explicitly stated otherwise. Many of our stones are one-of-a-kind, which means slight variations in tone and inclusions are part of their individuality.

    For high-value stones (such as emeralds or Paraiba tourmalines), certification is available upon request.

  • Most pieces are made to order to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Please allow:

    • 2–3 weeks for standard pieces

    • 3–5 weeks for custom or stone-specific designs

    If a piece is in stock, it will ship sooner.

  • Yes. We accept a limited number of bespoke commissions.

    This may include:

    • Stone customization (different gemstone or carat size)

    • Metal variation (yellow, white, or rose gold)

    • Fully custom designs developed with our atelier

  • As each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds.

    If your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it immediately.

  • We ship worldwide using trusted couriers.

    All orders are securely packaged. For high-value items, shipping insurance is available upon request. Once your piece is dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

    Duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • To preserve your piece:

    • Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and chemicals

    • Remove before swimming or showering

    • Store separately to prevent scratches

    • Clean gently with a soft cloth

    For enamel pieces, avoid impact and harsh cleaning agents.

  • For significant gemstones, we provide certificates upon request. Smaller stones are selected and inspected in-house to meet our standards of quality.

  • We recommend visiting a trusted local jeweller to measure your size accurately.

    If you need assistance, contact us and we will guide you through sizing options.

  • For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply once the shipment arrives in your country.

    These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. House Janolo does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance, as regulations vary by country.

    We recommend contacting your local customs office if you would like more information prior to placing your order.

    All international shipments are declared accurately in accordance with customs regulations.

  • We offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase.

    This warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Loose stones due to setting faults

    • Clasp or mechanism faults

    If a qualifying defect is identified within this period, we will repair the piece at no cost.

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Scratches, dents, or bent components

    • Damage caused by impact, chemicals, or improper care

    • Lost stones resulting from damage or misuse

    Fine jewellery is delicate by nature and should be handled with care. While damage outside of warranty coverage is not complimentary, we are always happy to assist with professional repairs at a fair service cost.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay may also be available at checkout depending on your device and location.

    All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways to ensure your information remains protected.

    For high-value purchases, we also offer bank transfer upon request. Please contact us directly if you would prefer this option.
